This Ashcroft thermometer series has a hermetic seal and an external adjustment in the rear of the case. As with other Ashcroft industrial bimetal thermometers, it has a Maxivision dial which eliminates parallax by placing the pointer on the same plane as the graduations. The connection locations are rear, lower, and Everyangle.
The hermetic seal is intended to prevent entry of moisture into the casing, thus minimizing the possibility of icing or fogging inside the case. The window stays clear, and with the Maxivision dial, precise readings are certain.

Ashcroft® Type 1036 in-line sanitary pressure gauge and Type 1037 sanitary instrument fitting virtually eliminate process deadleg. The design of the Type 1036 sanitary gauge and instrument fitting allows for the diaphragm of the gauge to be positioned at the gauge instrument fitting, eliminating the pocket or deadleg that may cause contamination.
The 1036 sanitary gauge and Type 1037 instrument fitting utilize a 1.5" Tri-Clover-type mating connection. This feature offers flexibility to use the Ashcroft® Type 1036 with the Type 1037 instrument fitting on sanitary instrument fitting for tube sizes from .5" thru 2".

The Ashcroft® Type X1032 sanitary Xmitr™ combines the advantages of the proven Ashcroft® pressure gauge with patented transducer technology to create a single, convenient, dual-function instrument.
The unique Xmitr™ incorporates traditional transmitter features including 4-20mA and voltage outputs while a local indication is provided on a 2½" or 3½" dial. Measurement accuracy is rated at up to 1% BFSL in ranges through 1,000 psi and a choice of 1½” or 2” Tri-Clover® sanitary connections are offered.

This unique Ashcroft ® pressure gauge offers all-welded construction. The tip/tube and tube/socket joints are welded. The case/socket joint is also welded and provides a permanent seal in the event that liquid filling is required. The stainless steel construction is ideal for applications where corrosion is a factor. The movement has both an overload and under load stop standard to prevent disengagement of the gears in the event of over pressure or under pressure.
The Duralife pressure gauges are offered in a dry version which can be field filled, and a liquid-filled version which is usually recommended for severe services. A dry pressure gauge can be furnished weatherproof or hermetically sealed. Specify the XLJ variation.rof

The solid-front Ashcroft phenolic case gauge is truly an industry first. Offered in 4.5" size only, weather-proof, hermetically sealed or liquid-filled versions. The weatherproof gauge is easily field converted to a hermetically sealed or liquid-filled gauge with a special kit.
Molded threads at the front and rear of the case provide axial seals with the use of threaded rings. The ring is glass-filled polypropylene. In the weather-proof version, the pressure relief back is polypropylene, fastened with stainless steel screws.
